Hi, I'm Julie
I'm passionate about dentistry and the luckiest dental coach in the world getting to work with so many amazing dentists and teams.
WIth over 18 years in the dental industry, I've experienced what it's like to be overwhelmed and burned out in dentistry. Teams in conflict and disengaged. Broken systems and poor communication. Unhappy patients and workflow breakdowns. And practices suffer from a tendency to try and figure it out all on their own ability while working in a fast-paced, highly intense, multitasking environment.
From an in-depth understanding of dentistry, along with an excellence in communication and a strong intuition for business strategies, I began to help dentists transform their practices delivering winning results in performance, growth and revenue with ease.
